This agreement governs your use of this website together with the services provided through Soul Shapes design services, i-design packages + zen market. If you are not satisfied with the terms contained in this Agreement, you may simply refrain from using this Site or the Service.

Soul Shapes clients are assigned private access to exclusive areas of this site. It is your responsibility to ensure all log in details are kept secure and Soul Shapes has no obligation to investigate the authorization or source of any such access or use of the Site. You will be responsible for any access obtained with your log in details to our exclusive client only areas. We cannot be held responsible by the mis use of this service which is of a result of your failing to provide secure, client only entry in to your private portal/exclusive access points within the site. You will be fully responsible for all site use, including communication, transactions, agreements + including without limitation, financial obligations incurred through access to this site + exclusive ,secure site areas.

SHIPPING/FREIGHT:
Soul Shapes offer National + International Shipping. Soul Shapes uses standard mail service and as per standard mail service terms, you take full responsibility for any complications or issues that may occur due to circumstances outside of Soul Shapes control. We recommend for large purchases that you request registered mail with insurance and this can be arranged by contacting us prior or after your purchase ,but strictly before your items are posted. In the event your delivery is subject to any complications, we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible but will not take any responsibility for financial loss for any complications. We will endeavour to quote accurate delivery times, however unforeseen delays can occur. With the utmost respect to purchasers + clients, I will keep you informed of delivery dates and times, please note, this is at times dependant on communication between Soul Shapes + the delivery companies and is at times out of our control. Although we will use every avenue to keep customers up to date, we will keep you informed but cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional delivery fees.
Additional Fees -Re-delivery fees may be incurred if you are not available to receive your goods at your nominated delivery time.
If you nominate goods to be left at premises without signing, we will not take any responsibility stolen or damaged items.
DAMAGES
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately via email with photographs of the damage and make note of the damage when signing for the goods if it is visible before opening. We will work with you and the supplier to have a replacement organised.
WARRANTY
Warranties on all goods are as per our supplier warranties. A number of suppliers have back-to-base warranties, which means you must pay the costs of freighting the item back to the supplier for replacement.
PRODUCT ACCURACY
Products purchased online come with the risk of slight product colour discrepancies. We cannot guarantee 100% colour accuracy and suggest contacting us to clarify or communicate exact needs before purchasing. Where large purchases take place, we can not take responsibility should pieces not fit in intended space.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
All products purchased through soulshapes.com.au must be paid for in full before for dispatch. Unfortunately we do not provide any refunds or exchanges for change of mind or unforeseen delays on any items as we are obligated to uphold our agreements as per our suppliers terms + conditions. If items are damaged or become faulty please see our terms above regarding damages + warranties.
All services engaged are to liable to contract terms + conditions.
All i- design services, are protected by the design direction statement in which you sign before commencing your service. If you decide to not go ahead with your purchased package, before an the agreement is signed you may request a refund. Once work has been engaged and an agreement has begun, unfortunately you are then user contract and your i-design package becomes non refundable. Extensive research and many hours go into all i design packages. It is your responsibility to read + interpret all inclusions in the i-design packages before signing the agreement to commence works. Soul Shapes can not offer refunds under no circumstance, including change of mind/or misinterpretation of inclusions once the agreement is signed and works commenced.
OTHER
This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of us and our respective assigns, successors, heirs, and legal representatives. Neither this Agreement nor any rights hereunder may be assigned without the prior written consent by us. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by us to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
